cheesy beef puff pastry pockets
Instructions
- Cook the filling
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and beef. Cook until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Let cool slightly. - Prepare the pastry
Cut each puff pastry sheet into 4 rectangles. - Fill
Add beef mixture + cheese + green onions on one side of each rectangle. - Fold & seal
Fold over, seal edges with a fork. - Brush
Brush tops with egg wash for a shiny golden finish. - Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
