Philly Cheese Steak Crescent Ring
Instructions
-
Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized. -
Cook the Steak
Push the veggies to one side of the skillet. Add steak strips to the empty space, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix with the vegetables. -
Build the Crescent Ring
Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping the wide ends to form a ring with points facing outward. -
Fill and Fold
Spoon the steak and veggie mixture evenly along the wide ends of the dough. Sprinkle generously with provolone cheese. Fold the pointed ends over the filling and tuck them underneath to seal the ring. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. -
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Slice into portions and serve warm.
