Slow Cooker Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  2. Add the cubed ham to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Transfer the ham, onion, and garlic mixture to a slow cooker.
  4. Add the green beans, cubed potatoes, chicken broth, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  6. Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
