Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine cannellini beans and chickpeas.

Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss until evenly coated.

Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle feta cheese generously over the top.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
